Technical Service Officer

My client is an established global manufacturing organisation with a presence over 40 countries.

Due to growth, the Australian division of the business is looking to appoint a
Technical Service Officer to join their team based in Alexandria (close to public transport).


On a day to day basis your role will involve:

  • Provide advice and product information as relevant to the enquiry
  • Enter service calls in the database
  • Distribute service calls (warranty and nonwarranty) to installers and dealers
  • Follow up on any service related enquiries
  • Process warranty invoices and make enquires if necessary

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High level of communication skills both written and verbal
  • Enjoy troubleshooting and solving problems
  • Ability to learn new things and have a technical mindset
  • Strong time management and attention to detail


You will be working Monday to Friday (9am-5pm or 8.30am-4.30pm) - on offer is a base salary + super with eligibility for the company's lucrative annual bonus after a 12 month period.

Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$55,000.00 per year
