What's my new career opportunity?


As our Group Sales Manager, you will be an integral part of the Commercial team and collaborate closely with our Head of Australia & New Zealand.

As an individual contributor, you'll be responsible for bringing on new business across a designated portfolio of agencies and direct brands, while super servicing and growing our existing clients.


Your energy and understanding of the gaming industry, spark for sales and effortless ability to engage cold contacts and build relationships will enable you to level up quickly.

With a system-driven and organised mentality, you'll know how to ensure all your contacts are proactively engaged and communicated with regularly.


This is a once in a generation role, leveraging our unique USP, exclusivities and partnerships across the gaming ecosystem, working with a highly motivated team with a common goal to create new categories to successfully connect global gaming audiences with brands in an authentic way.


What will I be doing?

  • Educating the Melbourne market on the power of gaming advertising
  • Leveraging your existing relationships within the Melbourne digital advertising landscape to unlock new business opportunities
  • Building new relationships with executives and key marketing decision makers within media agencies and direct brands in Melbourne and surrounding areas
  • Maintaining longterm relationships and driving for upsell for future campaigns
  • Reporting on targets and forecasting
  • Using thoughtful and innovative sales techniques, from strategy to concepts and from brief to pitch
  • Having a constantly curious mentality about gaming marketing and gametech

How will I be set up for success?

  • An interest and enthusiasm for gaming and gaming advertising you've got to enjoy what you sell
  • Evidence of extensive agency and brand direct networking in Melbourne with a suite of contacts eager and ready to partner with Livewire
  • Strong experience and understanding of creative digital advertising sales
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with executives and key decision makers; from media and creative agencies, to content, PR and activation agencies
  • Extensive knowledge of agency and direct category ecosystems, their nuances, and future state opportunities
  • Experience using a CRM
  • The ability to work in a highly autonomous role balancing fun & performance.
