The Role:

Join our National Service Team based at the Head Office in Laverton North in this newly created role.


The critical function of this role is to ensure effective and efficient management and coordination of our Field Service Technicians who deliver mechanical services to our clients nationally.

What will I be doing?

  • Managing customer requests for servicing, breakdowns and scheduled maintenance works
  • Customer quotes, ordering parts and labour planning
  • Coordinate the daily schedules for the National Team of Field Technicians
  • Prioritise customer requests and allocate resources appropriately
  • Providing regular and timely updates to customers on the status of our Technicians attending to their request
  • Coordinate scheduled preventative servicing and maintenance

About You:

To be considered for this role you will have demonstrated experience in the following:

  • Experience in a similar scheduling or coordination role
  • Basic understanding of mechanical, engineering, automotive or similar industry
  • Strong attention to detail, the ability to prioritise and problem solving skills
  • Professional communication skills with the ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with customers and technicians
