Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the team to design and deliver impactful Education and Engagement initiatives.
- Develop, coach, and mentor staff for service excellence.
- Maintain understanding of relevant codes, regulatory schemes, and policies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
Who we are looking for
Seeking a leader with masterful relationship skills and extensive experience in leading and developing teams. Must have a deep understanding of research challenges and experience in designing impactful initiatives.
Requirements
- Recognised qualifications and relevant experience.
- Experience in leading and developing teams.
- Demonstrated understanding of research codes and policies.
- Experience in designing impactful education and engagement initiatives.
