Salary: UOM 9 - $134,320 - $139,749 p.a. plus 17% super

Shape a culture of responsible research by leading the Education & Engagement team. Collaborate with senior stakeholders to build crucial relationships and make impactful change.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the team to design and deliver impactful Education and Engagement initiatives.
Develop, coach, and mentor staff for service excellence.
Maintain understanding of relevant codes, regulatory schemes, and policies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.

Seeking a leader with masterful relationship skills and extensive experience in leading and developing teams. Must have a deep understanding of research challenges and experience in designing impactful initiatives.
