Your Opportunity:

Process all guest checkins by confirming reservations, assigning room, and issuing and activating room key.
Process all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit.
Process all checkouts including resolving any late and disputed charges.
Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns.
Pour and serve welcome drinks to guests.
Coordinate with Housekeeping to track readiness of rooms for checkin.
Communicate parking procedures to guests/visitors and dispatch bell staff or valet staff as needed.
Supply guests with directions and information regarding property and local areas of interest.
Run daily reports on number of arrivals/ departures and ensure reports are accurate.
Identify any special requests.
Complete designated cashier and closing reports in the computer system.

Skills, Education and Experience

A genuinely warm & welcoming demeanor.
Opera experience is preferred.
Personable communication skills.
Believe in the benefits of energising and motivating others
Display a passion for the Hospitality industry.
A desire to innovate and create, our guests come to experience a life less ordinary.
You are reliable and flexible with the ability to work various shifts.
Hold a valid RSA.
