Your Opportunity:


  • Process all guest checkins by confirming reservations, assigning room, and issuing and activating room key.
  • Process all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit.
  • Process all checkouts including resolving any late and disputed charges.
  • Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns.
  • Pour and serve welcome drinks to guests.
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping to track readiness of rooms for checkin.
  • Communicate parking procedures to guests/visitors and dispatch bell staff or valet staff as needed.
  • Supply guests with directions and information regarding property and local areas of interest.
  • Run daily reports on number of arrivals/ departures and ensure reports are accurate.
  • Identify any special requests.
  • Complete designated cashier and closing reports in the computer system.

Skills, Education and Experience

  • A genuinely warm & welcoming demeanor.
  • Opera experience is preferred.
  • Personable communication skills.
  • Believe in the benefits of energising and motivating others
  • Display a passion for the Hospitality industry.
  • A desire to innovate and create, our guests come to experience a life less ordinary.
  • You are reliable and flexible with the ability to work various shifts.
  • Hold a valid RSA.
