Seeking a dependable and enthusiastic part-time Team Leader to join our recyclables sorting team in Canning Vale


Shifts are as follows:

  • Monday 2:00pm 10:36pm
  • Tuesday 2:00pm 10:36pm
  • Wednesday 2:30pm 5:30pm
  • Thursday 2:30pm 5:30pm
  • Friday 2:30pm 5:30pm

We offer a competitive remuneration package:

  • Hourly rate of $34.18 per hour
  • Phone allowance
  • 15% loading after 6:00pm
  • Dirt allowance of $1.15 per hour (applicable on max 38 hrs per week)
  • Annual leave, sick leave and long service leave accrued on a pro rata basis
  • 10.5% super on top of wages

About you:

  • Experience leading a team in a manufacturing environment.
  • Valid WA 'C' Class drivers' licence.
  • Excellent communication skills must be able to communicate with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Be physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time.
  • Have good hand/eye coordination and a good eye for detail.
  • Clean shaven (no beards, sorry) is a must for our PPE to comply with safety standards.
  • Able to pass preemployment medical & drug and alcohol test.
