As an Employment Coach you will actively engage with participants to identify the skills and potential barriers to employment, working with individuals to achieve their employment goals.

- to-day activities will include:
- Working collaboratively to build positive relationships with employers and participants
- Actively promote and market participants to potential employers helping to create employment opportunities
- Achieving sustainable employment outcomes for participants by providing support to develop skills and abilities
- Referring participants through training, counselling and other services to increase long term employment outcomes
About You
- Excellent communication skills with welldeveloped verbal, and written skills, and the ability to prepare and conduct effective presentations.
- Selfmotivation and initiative, with welldeveloped organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines and attend to multiple tasks and priorities.
- Interpersonal, conflict resolution and negotiation skills along with the ability to identify innovative and lateral solutions to problems
For this role, you will need to:
- Be willing to complete a Working with Children Check and National Police Check
- Be eligible to work in Australia
