You'll be working for a B2B business targeting construction, mining, education, and hire markets (among many others).

The business has significant growth ambitions and requires a marketing team to build the brand and conduct lead generation and launch activities.


Globally, this organisation holds a leadership position in their markets of operation and is seeking to establish a similar position in Australia.

This could lead to acquisitions and building your skill set in integrating other businesses and their digital marketing assets.


Your responsibilities...

  • Digital marketing
- strategy and delivery of digital marketing, covering website, SEO, SEM and CRM

  • Excellence in lead generation initiatives using a variety of methods to build funnels and draw potential customers through to purchase
  • Building a digital marketing plan
  • Solid understanding of paid search, Google, LinkedIn and Facebook adverts
  • Briefing agencies for effective execution
  • Launch and gotomarket campaigns
  • Reporting, analysis and ensuring a solid return on investment, along with budget management
  • Work closely with the sales team to build high converting leads

Your skills and experience...

  • Broad marketing experience across digital, brand, events and lead generation
  • Strong analytical skills, you are just as comfortable talking about the creative as you are discussing analytics and diving into the numbers in an Excel spreadsheet
  • Organisation and time management
  • Team player and able to influence your coworkers in other departments to ensure your deadlines are met
  • Ideally, experience in building products, construction, industrial or manufacturing markets. B2B experience is essential.
