YOUR NEW ROLE


To be successful in this role you will be comfortable with handling large volumes of campaigns and activity with previous experience using enterprise level CRM and digital campaign management platforms such as Salesforce, Adobe Campaign, or Marketo, and have experience developing customer lifecycle maps and programs.

ARE YOU THE ONE?

We are looking for someone with:

  • Deep understanding of CRM, personalisation and customer journeys and extensive experience in analysing and mapping customer lifecycles.
  • Experience working with automated campaign management platforms like to ExactTarget, Responsys, Adobe Campaign, Sitecore or Marketo.
  • A passion for creative development with sound experience in creative execution.
  • Experience leading datadriven campaigns including data analysis.
  • Strong project management skills ability to manage multiple projects with conflicting deadlines, work under pressure and maintain professionalism.
  • Advanced skill and experience across analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics and the ability to translate data in to actionable insight.
  • Exceptional written skills and proven abilities in developing, sourcing and editing content.
  • Excellent leadership communication, interpersonal, organisational and relationship management skills.
