Review payment claims and help resolve payment claims issues with claims payable team
- Forecast cash inflows and outflows on a weekly basis with input from the Project Manager
- Monitor project budget to ensure all expenditures are within the allowance
- Assist end of month accruals and reports
- Costs to complete forecasting assistance
- Maintain and update billing plan
- Maintain Project WBS
- Strong finance/accounting background with reporting and reconciliation skills
- Financial controlling and administration experience in operations and project environment
- SAP experience preferrable
- Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Word, Access and Excel
- Selfmanaged, with good communication skills and strong work ethics
- Structured approach to problem solving
- Good understanding of project management principals
