The Role
We are currently looking for an experienced Corporate Receptionist to join our Brisbane office on a part-time basis.

This role will perform concierge style client service and switchboard responsibilities in a professional and courteous manner at all times.


Duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Provide superior customer service to both internal and external clients
  • Proactively communicate and direct staff to their allocated meeting room
  • Answer internal calls and queries into concierge
  • Diary and meeting room management, ensuring meeting rooms are presentable, and confirm catering and meeting room requirements
  • Coordination and liaison with Office Services and IT departments regarding meeting specifications
  • Ensuring COVID safe practices are followed at all times
This is a part-time role, working three days per week (to be mutually agreed).

Experience

  • Excellent phone manner, customer service and communication skills;
  • Exceptional problem solving and negotiation skills;
  • The ability to work within a pressurised environment and juggle multiple and competing priorities; and
  • The ability to be a team player and work within a team.
