The Opportunity
Our client is Melbourne's award-winning and largest wholly owned real estate agency, powered by the expertise across their multi-office.

This team of real estate agents in Kew are well known for their charisma, energy, expertise, and unwavering belief in delivering more for their clients.

While their home office is Kew they traverse the entire footprint of their network and are expert real estate agents in Kew East, Balwyn, Balwyn North and surrounds.


Plenty of public transport options as the area is well serviced by two trams and multiple bus routes which provide transport to Kew's many schools and the main shopping precincts along High St and Willsmere Road.


The Role


Would suit to someone who is a reliable team player and has longevity in the industry with exceptional property management experience to manage a portfolio of 170 properties in the eastern area with full support from the leasing and administration team.

Your days will be diverse, challenging and rewarding, with the opportunity to work as part of a fast paced, high performing team who are a close knit, supportive and all round great bunch of people to work with

This role is Monday to Friday with 1 in 6 Saturdays with time in lieu.


Tasks include but are not limited to:

  • Maintaining close contact with Landlords
  • Repairs and maintenance management
  • Open for Inspections if required at short notice
  • Liaising with landlords, contractors and tenants
  • Tenancy sign up and induction
  • 2+ years' experience in property management
  • Real Estate Agent's Representative qualifications are required
  • Reliable vehicle and current Victorian Driver's License
  • Ability to work independently and contribute to the team's success
  • Strong client focus and shared values
  • Ability to prioritise, multitask and manage your time effectively
  • Professional presentation and attitude
  • Exceptional customer service skills
