Where the team fits in

  • Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the ideation and delivery of bestinclass creative that supports our consumer marketing activity, across all channels.
  • What the role is all about
  • Leading the ideation and development of brand campaign creative concepts in partnership with the relevant Marketing Manager, defining key milestones and building critical paths to campaign delivery
  • Being responsible for delivering marketing campaign creative that builds brand consideration and preference across all marketing channels
  • Proactively engaging with members of the Marketing team at relevant times throughout campaign cycle to share ideas, concepts and seek feedback
  • Managing design briefs through the creative and production workflows, including prioritising workload across the design team in line with Consumer Marketing priorities
  • Working with external agency partners as required to help shape creative concept development, using your deep brand knowledge and creative skill to help lift concepts to the highest possible level
  • Responsibility for the ontime delivery of all finished art to required media specifications, including the creation of outdoor, print, online, digital display and social assets
  • Accountability for quality control and proofing of all marketing assets being produced across the design team at all stages of the creative development process to ensure consistently high standard
  • Being proactive in finding opportunities to improve on processes and systems to help mobilise effective delivery of creative assets
  • Using data, insights and industry trends to inform creative recommendations and identify creative experiments
  • Being the brand expert within the Consumer Marketing team, acting as a guardian and source of truth for our respective brands' tone and visual identityWho we're looking for
  • We are looking for a talented designer who has a deep passion for branding, takes a proactive approach to problemsolving, excels in collaboration, and has a natural knack for generating innovative ideas that will elevate our established brand to new heights. 5+ years' experience in a marketing focused design leadership role, leading a team of two or more graphic designers to deliver marketing campaign creative. Agency experience highly regarded
  • A proven track record of delivering outstanding creative campaigns, from creative concept ideation through to campaign specific outputs
  • Strong leadership skills to mentor and develop graphic designers of all levels
  • Demonstrated operational excellence with an ability to maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, providing clear team direction and leading the development of campaign design
  • Proven experience in providing art direction and effectively communicating design critique both internally and with external partners
  • Strong business acumen, with a solid understanding of how to achieve business objectives whilst also championing a high standard of creative quality
  • Ability to operate quickly and calmly within a fast moving and dynamic environment, while setting and maintaining key priorities
  • Excellent verbal / written skills, with a proven record of proactively presenting ideas and articulating design rationale effectively
  • Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Microsoft Office Suite.
