    We are working on behalf of a lovely law firm based in Parramatta who pride themselves on delivering top-tier legal services to a diverse range of clients specializing in Commercial, Personal Injury and Family Law.     Position Overview:

    We are seeking a motivated Paralegal to support a Commercial Lawyer with commercial transactions, leasing, conveyancing, building & construction and some litigation matters. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in commercial law and demonstrate excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to supporting a lawyer in all aspects of commercial legal matters.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist commercial lawyer in drafting, reviewing, and revising commercial contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
    • Conduct legal research on various commercial law topics and prepare summaries and analyses for attorney review.
    • Coordinate and facilitate communication between lawyers, clients, and external parties involved in commercial transactions.
    • Support lawyer in preparing for meetings, hearings, and court proceedings related to commercial litigation matters.

    Qualifications:

    • 2-3 years exp working as a paralegal in a commercial law capacity.
    • Strong understanding of commercial law principles.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
