About this Job Opportunity

Recruitment & Onboarding - Responsible for providing end to end high level talent acquisition services to ensure Your Choice Homecare staff recruitment needs are met within agreed quality, time and cost requirements.

This role will play a vital role in engaging and attracting talent to support the organisations strategic objectives, build its RDNS Your Choice HomeCare brand and secure a strong future growth plan.

Recruitment & Onboarding role - Key Accountabilities

Support and facilitate endtoend recruitment and selection processes to meet appropriate staffing levels across a designated business portfolio.
Identify appropriate recruitment strategies and strategic sourcing channels to attract the desired target market.
Support hiring managers with job design, position description review, sourcing, phone screening, interviewing (where required), reference checking and offer management.
Develop appropriate interview tools and selection criteria and work with hiring managers to adopt these practices.
Track and report key recruitment metrics to ensure recruitment activities are delivered efficiently and effectively. Ensuring all stakeholders are regularly updated on recruitment progress.
Develop employment brand and attraction strategies through social platforms, collaboration with employment providers, job boards and targeted communications.
Develop strategies to reduce time to fill and increase quality of hire. Undertake continuous improvements on recruitment workflows, toolkits and training, and documentation.
As required and directed undertake and lead RDNS Your Choice HomeCare projects and programs.
Team player approach in supporting office based functions such as answering incoming calls.

Salary:
Up to $80,000.00 per year
