Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute marketing strategies that align with the organisation's goals and objectives.
  • Build and maintain brand identity across all communication channels and materials.
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage events to increase awareness of the program and recruit new participants.
  • Oversee day-to-day operational projects, including web design, system implementation, and process improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations and standard operating procedures.
  • Develop and oversee budget allocation for marketing, branding, and operational projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and insights to enhance the program and address operational challenges.
  • Manage and train support staff and volunteers as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of two years of relevant experience coordinating marketing and operational projects.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve program goals.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present data and reports to stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of disability support services, policies, and regulations preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, project management software, and web design platforms.
The Operations Coordinator in our disability support program will work both independently and collaboratively in an office environment. Additionally, there may be travel required to attend events and other business-related activities.
