Due to rapid growth and recently awarded high-profile contracts, our Heavy Lift division are seeking an experienced and driven
Asset Administrator to join our team in Victoria Park or Bibra Lake.

Reporting to the Asset Manager you will play an important part in the delivery of maintenance and rigging support to the operations team.


Key responsibilities include:


  • Providing effective administration services to the Heavy Lift Maintenance team.
  • Works closely with the Maintenance and Rigging teams to understand service and maintenance priorities and ensure these are appropriately communicated to the team.
  • Cross referencing time sheets to confirm accurate costing is submitted.
  • Process purchase order requests and subsequent invoicing.
  • Process maintenance request orders.
  • Close out maintenance request orders.
  • Process service documentation.
  • Maintain service, repair, and compliance records for the Heavy Lift assets.
  • Maintain certification, registration, and compliance data sets integrity.

  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
  • The ability to cooperate with others in order to accomplish maintenance and operational goals.
