As a Government Service Manager, you will be accountable for delivering exceptional customer service to ANZ's Institutional customers and will report into the State Manager, Client Service (NSW) and matrix report into the Transaction Banking Head of Government NSW.
You are responsible in enhancing the customer experience, retention and satisfaction and the overall bank's reputation, profit and profile, through the delivery of exceptional customer service.
Activities include the full servicing of customer enquiries, fulfilment functions, managing customer enquiries including technical enquiries across electronic channels.Develop and implement product and service solutions that add mutual value to the customer and bank and manage the end to end service proposition for the portfolio.

What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:
Strong experience in customer servicing and strong focus on providing a quality customer experience.
Portfolio maintenance, customer retention and satisfaction, and working with the PCM Account Management teams to identify and progress customer and portfolio growth opportunities.
Strong industry knowledge of transaction banking and servicing of Institutional customers. Maintaining a thorough understanding of the specific industry, and the forces acting on the industry, recognising the issues which will be faced by the specific customers and provide them with proactive solutionsA successful track record of managing and resolving client issues. Identifying and progressing continuous improvement and best practice sharing opportunities across the portfolio and Client Service team
Strong influencing, problem solving and negotiation skills
Exceptional Relationship Management skills. Collaborating and partnering with the respective PCM Account Management teams to drive business growth and to working closely on RFP and RFI process for existing and prospective customers
Demonstrated ability to deliver superior service and meet competing demands. Building and developing strong customer relationships, identify customers cross-sell opportunities, working closely with the PCM Account Management Teams and Relationship Managers and look for innovation opportunities
