This is a permanent 3 day a week role based in Head Office in North Sydney.About the Role
This newly created role part time People and Culture Business Partner role will see you partnering with C-suite leaders within the corporate support office.
This role is responsible for the delivery of the activities that support the People and Culture People Plan including engagement, talent, performance management, employee relations and will see you working closely with the centres of excellence to to shape and implement enterprise people initiatives.
About You
Tertiary qualified in HR/Business (or with equivalent work experience) you will have demonstrated experience in autonomous end to end HR delivery, including implementing talent management and remuneration strategy, as well as the ability to coach and guide managers on ER matters, performance management and employee engagement.
As a true Business Partner you will be customer orientated, self-motivated and have the ability to handle multiple changing priorities.
This role is 3 days a week and will require you work out of the North Sydney office 2 days a week and 1 day working from home.
