About the role
This will be delivered in line with company values and the Santos Management System.


Key accountabilities:

  • Oversee Santos' Managed Services Provider to ensure that they are providing contracted services as per expectations
  • Champion change and foster performance culture to achieve desired culture outcomes.
  • Ensure all regulations including safety, license compliance are adhered to by Santos and nonSantos staff. Mitigate or minimize risk to the business through proactive management of processes
This is a varied role, with a unique overview of the whole internal business structure.


About you


This role requires an SME in how to obtain technical support and services, as well as how to relay information competently.

A strong technical background is therefore essential.
