Our client is a leading retailer for mechanical equipment and accessories based in Burswood and as a result of substantial and ongoing business growth, they are currently seeking a Customer Service Manager to add to their strong team

What will this position entail?

Managing the team of Customer Service Representatives
Assisting with the hiring and training of staff
Responding to customer inquiries
Providing aftersales support to customers, handling complaints and requests for refunds

What do you need to be successful in this position?

Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team
Experience working in a Customer Service position (desirable)
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop within a company
