About the opportunity:


As a Claims Coordinator in the Client Liaison Team your role will be busy and varied and will expose you to interesting and unique projects in finance.

Your purpose is to project manage high net worth claims, working with the internal and external stakeholders carrying out key tasks on a global platform.

This role requires a high level of professionalism, resilience, and the ability to thrive in a deadline driven environment. Along with this, you are a natural problem solver and can use your analytical skills to make informed decisions.

Type of employment: 12 month fixed term contract (with opportunity for permanency thereafter)


Key responsibilities:


  • Providing a high level of service to clients corresponding in a professional and timely manner
  • Reporting requirements and data analysis
  • Document drafting and reviewing
  • High level stakeholder management, building and maintaining strong relationships
  • Case management ensuring compliance and quality checks
  • Preparing for weekly team meetings and participating in the discussions
  • Identifying and communicating process improvement

Key requirements:


To be successful for the position, you will have experience working in the corporate sector (2+ years), ideally banking, legal or finance.

Strong administrative skills and exposure to project work will also be highly regarded.

Additionally, you should possess the following:

  • Be analytically minded with strong problem solving skills
  • You are proactive and driven in your approach to tasks
  • Positive and enthusiastic, you're able to maintain client relationships
  • Strong technical skills including intermediate to advanced proficiency with Excel
  • A true collaboration mindset and willingness to help out your team members
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
