Reporting to the Training Lead, the Training Coordinator is responsible for providing training and administrative support to the Crown Sydney Training team, to ensure they meet business requirements and comply with AQF standards.
Some of the key responsibilities include:
- Deliver Crown Resorts and Crown Sydney Induction programs
- Maintain all associated material and presentations for the Crown Resorts and Crown Sydney Induction program working with other properties to maintain consistency and compliance requirements.
- Communicate with all stakeholders including Talent & Acquisition, Business Partners, Guest speakers and Operations regarding induction requirements.
- Develop and maintain training schedule and training room allocations for all training ( accredited and nonaccredited)
- Ensure all employees are welcomed in a warm and professional manner
- Coordinate training rooms, reception area, interview rooms, break out spaces.
- Provide training & learning administrative support to the Organisational Development team in consultation with the Training Lead
- Resorts and Training Lead
- Gaming
- Support L& D with managing the requirements of the Corporate Resorts Group Training Calendar.
- Support monthly reporting requirements for Crown through Workday (LMS)
- Set up requirements for learning in our LMS (Workday)
- Collate and validate correct completion of all training records and recording of outcomes in Workday
- Ensure that all training administration and reporting requirements are maintained and completed in a timely and accurate manner this includes RSA competency cards and all other mandatory training
What you will need to be successful:
- Experience in training administration roles or similar
- Facilitation experience & confidence
- Demonstrated experience organising, prioritising and maintaining training calendars
- Demonstrated ability to manage and work with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders to achieve planned outcomes
- Strong attention to detail, and MS Office skills
