Your Role:

This role will operate 4 days a week, with ultimate flexibility to be hybrid or fully remote based

The Internal Recruitment position is responsible for managing a range of deliverables across the recruitment lifecycle, whilst also providing key advisory support to Hiring Managers and key stakeholders within the PeopleScout business, including our onsite RPO teams as well as our Corporate Head Office functions.

This role will give you the full autonomy to think outside the box and use creative talent attraction methods within a competitive market.

You will work with the wider teams to utilise social media, develop internal recruitment channels and implement strategic recruitment tools such as Employee Referral Portals and building talent pipelines.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Understand Hiring Manager requirements, advise, and execute appropriate recruitment strategies
  • Manage advertisement campaigns, referrals and conduct behavioural interviews, reference checks and other relevant offer process.
  • Work with the PeopleScout Specialist teams to design and deliver quarterly continuous improvement plans
  • Work with other internal PeopleScout functions to continue to deliver on opportunities to optimize performance of recruitment processes and general service delivery

Skills & Experience:


  • Ability to communicate with clients, superiors, peers, and direct reports based on their information needs, adjusting the message where appropriate
  • Adept at refining systems and processes to optimize performance and productivity
  • Solid knowledge of current TA market insights, trends, and technology
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office; in particular Word and Excel
  • Proficient with applicant tracking or CRM systems
