About the Role:

An exciting opportunity awaits a self-motivated and experienced Document Controller to join our Mining Client Major Projects team.

We are in search of a dynamic team player with great communication skills, adept at prioritising tasks based on business objectives and handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with Study Managers, Project Managers, Lead Package Engineers, Contracts and Procurement team, Service Providers, Vendors, and Stakeholders.
Ensure proper control of Company and projectrelated documentation.
Enhance and adhere to document control procedures across all project phases.
Verify incoming and outgoing documentation complies with formal requirements and standards.
Efficiently manage information through systematic sorting, storing, and retrieving electronic and hard copy documents.
Generate regular and ad hoc reports for various stakeholders.
Conduct routine information management reviews and document audits.
Release shared documents to project stakeholders promptly to support project targets and maintain confidentiality around sensitive documentation.

Key Criteria:

5 + years of experience in project document control, preferably within a resource's environment.
A solid grasp of project document control processes and techniques.
Familiarity with project management and engineering methodologies across the project lifecycle, particularly in study development and project delivery.
Exceptional interpersonal, organisational, and writing skills.
Strong organisational skills, adept at multitasking, and keen attention to detail.
