The opportunity:

You will be joining our Group Life Insurance team and be responsible for determining the validity and authorising settlement of group life insurance claims.

To do this successfully you will:

Assess and settle group life insurance claims arising from policies in force.
Make recommendations on policies and guidelines to group life insurance claims.
Liaise with solicitors and other third parties during investigation and negotiation to seek guidance on the course of action that serves the best interest of AIA.
Process all group life insurance claims documents timely.
Answer inquires relating to claims processing.

Successful applicants will demonstrate:

Experience within life insurance is highly desirable
Claims assessing experience is highly desirable.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks accordingly.
Experience working with and interpreting multiple policies.
Excellent verbal and nonverbal communication skills
