As our Corporate Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for our company, providing unparalleled customer service and administrative support.

From managing reception and guest services to coordinating meeting rooms and office logistics, your role will be crucial to the smooth operation of our corporate headquarters.

Here's a snapshot of your day:

Warmly welcoming and directing incoming calls, clients, applicants, and visitors to the appropriate personnel.
Ensuring strict adherence to security procedures for recording guests and issuing visitor passes.
Coordinating meeting and conference rooms, including setup, equipment arrangements, and catering services.
Handling office logistics such as mail distribution, courier services, and office supply orders with meticulous attention to detail.
Maintaining the appearance of common areas and arranging necessary maintenance services to uphold our corporate standards.
