THE ROLE:
Growthbuilt has experienced a milestone growth over the last year, growing to 170+ employees with forecasted revenue of up to $400 million.
As an experienced Bid Coordinator you will connect, coordinate and have creative development over how Growthbuilt showcases its tender proposals.
Currently, the business has 20+ tenders ranging from different sector as Growthbuilt try to diversify their construction portfolio. Project values vary between $20 million to $200 million, It is going to take a team to win them
As Growthbuilt's Bid Coordinator, you will coordinate the bid activities across the entire bid lifecycle and ensuring Growthbuilt is delivering on time and exceptional tender responses.
Here's what your day to day might look like:
- Coordinate tender and bid requests, monitor opportunities, and handle client portals for suitable proposals.
- Assist the Bid Manager in offering strategic guidance for each bid, assess tender documents for Bid/No Bid decisions.
- Assist the Bid Manager ensure quality in bid and proposal processes, manage content creation, oversee technical input, review bids, and handle bid lodgement and governance.
- Enhance the tender process, focusing on preparation efficiency and submission quality.
- Contribute to the Bid Library by developing and managing recyclable content like CVs, company details, project info, and insurances.
ABOUT YOU:
- Ideally, degree qualifications in Construction Management, Property or Graphic Design
- Bid experience is desired but not required
- Previous experience in marketing, proposal, graphics, annual reporting or submissions would be an advantage
- Copy writing experience is desired
- Energetic, resilient and can work under pressure in a high volume environment
- Excellent attention to detail, time management and organisation skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Word
- Proficient in using InDesign, essential to the role
