Clinical Nurse Manager – Registered Nurse (RN) – Aged Care
Full Time, Permanent
Bunbury & South West WA, Western Australia

Clinical Nurse Manager role available for an experienced Clinical Nurse looking for their next career progressional opportunity. The current Facility Manager will be providing in-depth training on the job whilst you progress into a Clinical Management role. You mut be a Registered Nurse (RN) with strong aged care experience.

What you need for this role -

Full working rights in Australia
Previous Aged Care experienced at a senior nurse level
Ability to develop and manage a team
Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent knowledge of Care Plans, medication and rostering
A live, active AHPRA Registration
Full Immunisation History including Coronavirus and Influenza vaccinations
A Current National Police Check (NPC) within the last 12 months
Valid CPR, BLS, First Aid

What will you be doing as a Clinical Nurse Manager

Following care plans including nutritional reports to provide appropriate clinical care to residents in Aged Care facilities
Document medication, vitals, patients nutrition, health & look and provide proper care
Working with palliative care residents, providing pain management medication and undertaking educational discussion with family and residents
Managing and leading a team of clinicians
Ensurieng smooth operation of the aged care service
Dealing with admissions into services
Communicating with all members of the Multi Disciplinary team, Allied Health, GP's
