In this role, you will manage customer platform implementations within the region through a combination of both hands-on delivery management and delegation to team members.

Contribute to the practices used in all delivery. Takes commercial ownership of the financial outcomes of projects for which they are responsible.

The role includes the following responsibilities:

Responsible for all customer platform implementations within the region.
Responsible for working with the Delivery Practice Manager to help define the approach for project delivery, including:
Methodologies, processes, tools, and techniques
Risk and issue management, change management, and reporting
Adherence to the Information Security Management System across all delivery activities.
Management of customer relationships with key customer stakeholders
Timely escalation of risks and issues to the Head of Delivery as required
Complying with company policies and procedures on the handling of personal data, data confidentiality, and information security

The role requires the following skills and experience:

Experience with technology (insurance industry highly desirable)
Experience in the successful, ontime, onbudget delivery of large and complex technology projects
Problemsolving in an ambiguous environment
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
Strong business acumen, commercial and analytics skills
Leadership and change management competencies and capabilities
Experience working in a software development environment across the full SDLC
Values collaboration and teamwork, and focuses on the achievement of team goals
Establishes and maintains effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Experience working in small environments without defined practices and processes
