Description

The objective of this role will be to manage the end-to-end claims & data entry process for a big household name.

3-month role initially with parking on site.

The responsibilities of this role will include but not be restricted to:

  • Performing analysis and validation of claims
  • Highvolume data verification
  • Processing transactions to clear approved claims against accruals or as directed.
  • Dispute resolution.
  • Monitoring and escalating aged claims.

A successful applicant must have:

  • Relevant and demonstrated experience in Claims/Data Entry experience
  • Experience working in the FMCG industry preferred
  • Attention to detail and problem s experienceolving skills
  • Comfortable working with numbers and huge volumes of data
  • Excel intermediate
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proactive and have a process improvement mindset
