    Your new role

    In this position you will have a strong impact on the safety and well-being of the Australian community. In this role you will:

    • Provide policy and program management
    • Engage and negotiate with stakeholders to further the Australian Government's security objectives
    • Develop and manage relationships with stakeholders, engaging and collaborating to achieve outcomes and facilitate cooperation with Commonwealth, and state and territory partners
    • Plan and coordinate across law enforcement and national security agencies
    • Coordinate across government to prepare briefs and submissions and undertake reviews that support decision making
    You will be able to demonstrated experience in policy and program development and implementation, or transferable skills that demonstrate strong:
    • Written and verbal communication skills
    • conceptual and strategic-thinking skills
    • Research and analytical skills
    • Attention to detail
    • Coordination and stakeholder engagement skills.
    • You will have the opportunity to work with an experience Director who has built a fantastic team culture.

    Our client is open to s26 transfers, Non-ongoing or hourly rate contracts for the right candidate.

    Eligibility & How to Apply

    To be successful in this role you must have a minimum of 2 years' experience working with the APS in a similar position. You must be an Australian citizen and hold a minimum NV1 Security Clearance.
