Convienant location city based

- $85,000 - $110,000

Duties and responsibilities, not limited to:

Provide comprehensive HR support and advice to manager and employees across the organisation, ensuring compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
Coordinate and facilitate employee onboarding and induction programs, ensuring new hires have a smooth transition into the organisation.
Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives that align with organisational objectives and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Contribute to the design and delivery of training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Maintain accurate HR records and data, generate reports, and assist with HR analytics to support informed decisionmaking.
Stay updated with relevant employment legislation and industry best practices to ensure HR practices remain compliant and effective.

Essential requirements:

Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role (minimum of 2 years experience).
Solid knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment legislation.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, to build effective relationships with senior management & stakeholders at all levels
Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
Positive attitude, adaptability, and a genuine passion for supporting employee development and wellbeing.
