Your role


In this role you will be responsible for providing advice and support to the Executive Director and Court Services Executive team.

Core to the role will be supplying timely and accurate advice on operational and administrative systems, policy and practices which support the achievement of the organisation's strategic, business planning and operational objectives.


What you'll do


Courts, Tribunals and Service Delivery (CTSD) supports the NSW community by providing access to justice services, through the protection of rights and public safety initiatives.

Court Services is the largest branch of CTSD, comprising the Local Court, District Court, Children's Court and Coroners Court.

What we're looking for:


  • Provide a range of administrative support services to the Court Services Executive teams.
  • Respond to and resolve complex enquiries and issues for the Office of the Executive Director, to ensure the provision of accurate information, and the timely and effective resolution of issues particularly relating to compliance with Departmental reporting and internal business functions.
  • Provision of information to both internal and external agencies in accordance with documented processes and procedures.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of initiatives that aim to improve work practices and client service.
