Objectives of this role

  • Own the entire relationship with assigned customer lists, including on boarding, retention, and satisfaction
  • Establish relationships as a trusted and strategic advisor to help ensure the continued value of our products and services
  • Develop and maintain customersuccess strategies and best practices, as well as customersupport content, with help from all departments
  • Communicate effectively with potential, new and existing customer & senior managers to better understand customer needs, maximize retention, growth, and sales
  • Maintain existing and new customersuccess metrics and data as directed

Responsibilities

  • Serve as daytoday contact for new customers, on boarding and retention.
  • Review the customer journey, determine how it's supported, and use a consultative approach to help clients overcome issues and achieve their goals
  • Facilitate interaction and workflow among project team members
  • Collaborate, problemsolve, and/or strategize with team members on upcoming projects
  • Oversee the sales operation on a customer basis for seasonal orders such following up on orders, provide etas, liaise with customers to place their orders, provide updates to customers, promotions and abnormalities etc
  • Assist with showroom and roadshows to effectively assist customers Face to face to obtain revenue target and increase customer experience. Also assist with preparations.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, prepare quotations, accurately receive and key sales order, send sales confirmation
  • Collect and analyse sales performance and customer related data from various internal and external sources
  • Prepare sales promotional materials and customer communication and proposals
  • Other tasks as directed by management

Required skills and qualifications
- experience in communications, sales, account management, or customer success

  • Strong skills in verbal and written communications, strategic planning, and project management
  • Analytical and processoriented mindset
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple departments in a deadlinedriven environment
  • Active team player, selfstarter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities
  • MUST have intermediate excel skills for data analysis and data entry
  • Wholesale experience desirable

About the role

  • Full time position
  • New in house position
  • Monday to Friday 8.30am 5pm
  • Wetherill Park head office location
  • Onsite and street parking available

  • Must have full rights to work in Australia and must be able to work full time hours

Salary:
From $60,000.00 per year
