- A focus on cold calling, first time new business meetings and overall activity levels to effectively manage and build a successful prospective pipeline

- Spend your first 3-6 months gaining "hands on" experience. You will receive support whilst learning the business from the ground up, which includes, operations, administration, and customer service
- Previous sales experience or a willingness to learn

- Promotable, self-motivated, driven and strong desire to develop and succeed
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Ability to build and strengthen professional relationships quickly
- Have an aptitude for self-learning and taking initiative towards own professional development

- Understanding and confidence to execute consultative sales approach
