Key Responsibilities:

Take ownership of managing and maintaining a portfolio of commercial properties.
Collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs and provide tailored property management solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, contractors, and stakeholders.
Oversee lease agreements, rent negotiations, and other propertyrelated transactions.
Keep a pulse on the market trends to provide strategic insights to clients and the team.
Work closely with a team of highly skilled professionals who are equally passionate about property management.

Requirements:

Proven experience and expertise in commercial property management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A strong customerfocused mindset with the drive to exceed expectations.
Indepth knowledge of property laws, regulations, and market dynamics.

Proficiency in property management software and tools.

What We Offer:

- $110,000 - $130,000k plus commission
