The

Storeperson, reporting to the Senior Storeperson offers an opportunity to join our growing warehouse team. As a Storeperson, you will be responsible for the storage and distribution of goods from the warehouse and loading dock to all business units. This role will require flexibility to work across Treasury Brisbane and The Star Brisbane teams based in the city plus our offsite warehouse in Archerfield.

This is a fantastic opportunity where you can put your skills and knowledge to the test to deliver a thrilling new era for Warehouse & Logistics whilst being involved in the opening of The Star Brisbane.

A few of your key responsibilities

Safely and promptly accept and unload deliveries
Conduct comprehensive inspections of all goods to ensure quality satisfies agreed specifications
Maintain accurate inventory records
Take part in regular physical stocktakes
Assist with the delivery of perishable stock items to required departments in a timely manner
Ensure company procedures are followed for the issue and return of goods

What are we looking for?

Previous Warehouse experience
Current Forklift License (advantageous)
Medium Rigid (MR) Licence (advantageous)
Demonstrated Inventory Control experience
Proficient ability to use computers and Microsoft Office suite

About you

You will have experience with inventory control administration and the capability to load and unload goods frequently following all WHS policies and procedures.

Holding a valid forklift licence and MR Licence is advantageous however not essential as we can provide support in obtaining required licenses.
