We are seeking a results-driven and highly motivated Sales Development Manager to join our team on a commission-only basis.

Responsibilities:


Lead Generation:


  • Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities through targeted outreach, networking, and research.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to build a robust pipeline of potential clients.

Client Acquisition:


  • Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and present our products/services effectively.
  • Drive the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal.

Relationship Building:


  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients to foster longterm partnerships.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client goals and providing tailored solutions.

Sales Strategy:


  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and refine sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

Reporting and Analysis:


  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of sales activities and prospects in the CRM system.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, challenges, and opportunities.

Qualifications:


  • Proven track record in B2B sales, with a focus on lead generation and client acquisition.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Selfmotivated and resultsoriented, with a strong ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with IT and Cyber Security and the ability to quickly grasp technical concepts.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in a commissiononly sales role.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Ability to work remotely and manage own schedule effectively.
  • A high level of integrity and professionalism.

Compensation:

This is a commission-only role with unlimited earning potential. Commission rates will be competitive and based on performance.
