Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
- Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities through targeted outreach, networking, and research.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to build a robust pipeline of potential clients.
Client Acquisition:
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and present our products/services effectively.
- Drive the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal.
Relationship Building:
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients to foster longterm partnerships.
- Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client goals and providing tailored solutions.
Sales Strategy:
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and refine sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records of sales activities and prospects in the CRM system.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, challenges, and opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in B2B sales, with a focus on lead generation and client acquisition.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Selfmotivated and resultsoriented, with a strong ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with IT and Cyber Security and the ability to quickly grasp technical concepts.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a commissiononly sales role.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to work remotely and manage own schedule effectively.
- A high level of integrity and professionalism.
Compensation:
This is a commission-only role with unlimited earning potential. Commission rates will be competitive and based on performance.
