All Rounder (Food Process Worker to Team Leader)
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced All Rounder for our client based in Tullamarine. The successful applicant will be available for an immediate start and will be looking for a long-term position


ROLE:


  • All Rounder
  • Food Process Worker and Team Lead duties
  • Paid a higher payrate once fully trained and performing T/L duties

CANDIDATE MUST BE:


  • Available for a full weekly roster for Afternoon Shift 14:0022:00
  • Ideally have had exposure to an FMCG environment
  • Good analytical skills
  • Solid written and literacy skills
  • Confidence in leading a team of up to 12 production workers.
  • Keenness to learn and take on responsibility.

Additional to be successful for the role, you must possess the following;

  • Experience in a manufacturing food industry
  • Steel capped boots will be required
  • Understanding food hygiene, HACCP and quality requirements
  • Knowledge of Workplace safety
  • License and Reliable Transport
