About the Business Unit


The Payroll Services and Workforce Data team within PSCC is responsible for end-to-end payroll, including taxation, superannuation, salary sacrifice, executive management, the processing of timesheets (manual and electronic) and the provision of advice to managers and employees.


About the Role


Reporting to the Senior Executive Remuneration Officer, this role will oversee and contribute to the complete payroll and remuneration lifecycle for executives, statutory and Governor in Council appointments.

The Payroll Advisor - Executive Remuneration will provide advice to key stakeholders on a broad range of maters, including but not limited to remuneration, executive offers of employment, salary, superannuation, motor vehicle arrangements and other benefits.


About you

  • Experience and proficiency in the use of chris21 or other payroll systems is highly desirable.
  • Experience and proficiency in the use of Microsoft suite is highly desirable.
  • Ability to provide expert consulting advice and recommendations regarding remuneration to senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge in Packaged remuneration arrangements.
  • Strong understanding of superannuation and tax legislation.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • A relevant Human Resource Management diploma or degree (or equivalent) is desirable.
