Belgravia Academy is part of the Belgravia Health and Leisure Group (BHLG) and is the fastest growing leisure organisation in Australia.

Our core areas of business and facilities stewardship include health clubs, wellness and spa, golf, aquatic, and sporting venues in 250 locations across Australia and New Zealand.

The RTO is an Enterprise RTO - meaning it exists to serve its own staff.

Now we are expanding our programs and services to further support BHLG and provide our programs and services beyond Belgravia.


The Role
We are currently looking for a full time Trainee Administrator to assist in administering our Short courses. This role has flexible work arrangements with work from home options included.


The primary task of the Trainee Administrator is to assist the Training team with timely and accurate administration of the Belgravia Academy short courses.

This involves maintaining the accuracy and timeliness of the student journey administration, helping to ensure that the student enrolment process is seamless for a student, and that the student management system is updated in a timely manner.


As this is a trainee role - the suitable applicant will also be supported in their enrolment and training in an appropriate vocational qualification in Business or a related field.


Responsibilities:


  • Assist with short course administration, including enrolments and completions.
  • Customer support for potential and current students.
  • Assist Trainers to ensure they are prepared for courses, and completion work is processed.
  • Assist RTO Training Manager with various projects and report.

Requirements:


  • Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and an ability to identify errors.
  • Highly developed verbal and interpersonal skills, with the confidence and ability to communicate comfortably to a variety of people.
  • Punctual and able to perform duties in a remote or onsite environment.
  • Commitment to learning about regulations and administration for a Registered Training Organisation.
  • Readiness to undertake a Certificate III or IV in Business or similar qualification, and preferably with no prior qualifications in this field.
  • Commitment to Workplace Health & Safety and Child Safety.
