Your role
Our depth of local and national experience is clearly demonstrated by our national statutory compensation management team. In our Melbourne office, our team acts for WorkSafe Victoria and the Transport Accident Commission (TAC).

We are currently looking for two lawyers to join our team at either Lawyer or Associate level. Ideally you will have knowledge of the
_Accident Compensation Act, _the
_ Work Injury Rehabilitation and Compensation Act_ and the


These fast paced and dynamic roles will require you to provide advice and representation in matters that could be in The Magistrates Court of Victoria, County Court of Victoria and The Supreme Court of Victoria.


We are looking for lawyers who:

  • are passionate and commercially astute with a genuine interest in building a successful career in statutory compensation law;
- possess sound client and file management skills and understand the importance of providing technically excellent advice in a timely manner;
- practice with the maturity and self-motivation to be responsible for the day to day management of litigation files with the assistance of a mentor as appropriate;
- are confident individuals comfortable with oral advocacy at conciliation and directions on a regular basis; and
- good team players who appreciate the importance of collegiality and collaboration.
