As Account Executive, you will play an important role in the delivery of our 'Performance with Integrity' ambition across your client area.

You will closely collaborate with other members of your team to co-create market first ideas for your clients.
As an Account Executive at OMD, you will

  • Work with account teams, specialist business units, and strategists on media ideation
  • Assess all communication options via use of all media research tools
  • Collate data to help your team to deliver detailed recommendations of the proposed communication strategy
  • Complete competitive data analysis and uncover innovative insights
  • Collaborate with and share information with the creative agency partners
  • Build professional and trusted relationships with your clients
  • Manage relationships with all stakeholders, both internal and external
  • Grow knowledge of key media tools and systems to assist with bestinclass plans and trading delivery

About you:

You are passionate about achieving greatness and have a proactive approach when it comes to completing your tasks. You get it done on time, every time, inspiring your peers along the way. You take pride in your ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and possess a Marie Kondo level of organisation. Building strong relationships comes naturally to you and you are a team player. You embody 'we' before 'I' and are confident in your ability to coach and develop junior team members. Demonstrated experience within a media agency is a must, and strong planning skills across key media channels is desirable.
