Bayswater North OSHClub is looking for a passionate and dedicated Coordinator to provide engaging services for children in our before and after school care capacity.
This is a permanent part-time (29 hours per week) opportunity, assisting in leading a team of Educators at a small 30 licence capacity service.
This is a role for those looking for a step up in their career, experienced in working with children, dedicated to take ownership of an existing service and passionate about development of a team.
Hours are as follows:
Monday - Friday, 07:00 - 9:00 AM (Rise then Shine Program) and 03:00 - 6:00 PM (Stay and Play Program) plus additional admin hours.
The middle of your day is free, and you can pick up extra hours during the school holidays tooAbout the role
Leading a team of Educators, you will manage a service at a primary school in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years.
You'll have the support of a state specific office, plus regional managers who regularly visit and mentor you at your service.
Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are intoFoster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents.
Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management.
Manage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administration.
