ABOUT THE COMPANY

The company is looking to hire a Team Lead that will oversee 6+ in the organisation of surgical supplies, that are sent to the hospital for the surgeon to use to complete operations.


This is a full-time position based in Western Sydney. You will have access to a detailed a training program and ongoing development courses.

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Unite and motivate the medical supplies team to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Identify and provide opportunities for growth and development.
  • Navigate team dynamics, make informed decisions, and build strong relationships with your team members.
  • Listen to and understand the specific needs of surgeons.
  • Collaborate with other divisions across the business sales, operations, logistics and supply chain.
  • An environment where workflow can change and move rapidly.
  • Manage surgical supply inventory levels.

ABOUT YOU

  • 2+ years of leadership/management experience across retail, FMCG, fitness/healthcare, medical devices, pharma is required.
  • Ability to coach, mentor and develop a team.
  • Advanced customer service skills.
  • Technical expertise to make informed decisions and better support your team.
  • An ambitious and motivated attitude
