About us:Royal Freemasons' Benevolent Institution (RFBI) is a not for profit aged care provider committed to making a positive difference to people's lives through the provision of aged care and retirement services.


About the opportunity:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team.

Working alongside our talented designer and digital marketing manager you will be responsible for:


  • Developing and executing effective marketing campaigns to support occupancy and growth targets
  • Support residential and care at home teams in their local marketing initiatives
  • Develop and maintain marketing resources such as brochures, promotional merchandise, etc
  • Develop news articles that showcase our services and the impact our teams have on the lives of those in our care

About you:

As such, we are looking for these values in our new Marketing Coordinator, along with the appropriate skills and experience needed to be successful in this position.


We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:

  • Experience working in a marketing team, creative or digital agency
  • Highlevelel experience managing marketing campaigns and budgets
  • Excellent proof reading, written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
  • The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Experience in building internal and external relationships with key stakeholders
  • Familiarity working with Microsoft Office, digital and social media platforms.
