- Certificate of Competency as a NSW Open Cut Examiner (OCE).
- Sound understanding of large truck or excavator operations and Drill & Blast activities.
- Proven Leadership experience in Open Cut Coal Mining Operations.
- Exceptional commitment to safety and high standards.
- Sound Knowledge of NSW WH&S Legislation.
- Flexibility with work hours and ability to work rosters including rotating and night shifts.
- Proficient in the use of computers with experience in data management tools.
- All roles are referenced to current relevant market matching data
