CCI provides a range of insurance options for our clients including Owners Corporation Insurance, Landlords Building and Contents Insurance, Corporate and Home Insurance.


Who we need...

Duties and Responsibilities.
As the Operations Manager - Insurance, you will be responsible for managing two major stakeholder groups.

  • Negotiate renewals with insurers for our Owners Corporation business, which encompasses over 80 highrise buildings across Southbank and the CBD.
  • Provide expert advice to and liaise with Owners Corporation Committee Members.
  • Drive continuous innovation in service delivery and customer partnerships.
  • Facilitate the placement and ongoing administration of private and businessrelated insurance via company appointed licensed insurance broker.
  • Provide advice to and liaise with family members and company employees.
  • Coordinate and arrange quotes.
  • Manage renewals via company licensed insurance broker.
  • Manage insurance claims.
  • Duties and Responsibilities.

Skill and Competencies

  • Insurance industry experience essential.
  • Working knowledge of WinBeat windowsbased software program for General Insurance Intermediaries
  • Tier 1 Insurance Brokering Compliant
  • Appropriate insurance qualification minimum Senior Associate CIP ANZIIF
  • Working knowledge of WinBeat windowsbased software program for General Insurance Intermediaries
  • Demonstrated success in operations compliance.
  • Indepth knowledge of relevant regulations and standards within the Australian Insurance market.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional people and customer relationship management skills.
  • Proven expertise in systems and process improvement, negotiation, and influencing.
Proficiency in IT skills, with the capacity to learn and master new systems; advanced Excel skills are advantageous. Tier 1 Broking Qualified and ANZIIF (Snr Assoc) CIP essential.
