Thomson Reuters are seeking a dynamic Solutions Consultant to join our AEM Proposition team.

In this pivotal pre-sales role you will work with our cutting edge legal software, Legal Tracker, HighQ and Contract Express, consulting and providing assistance to our Legal clients throughout the sales process.


About the Role
In the role of Solutions Consultant - Legal Tech, you will:

  • Be responsible for engaging/assisting customers in the pre-sales process.
  • Help identify the right offerings that solve the customer's pain points and increase customer retention.
  • Demonstrate the Legal Tech solutions to customers across Law firms and corporate legal audiences at the CEO, CTO, Legal Counsel and Partner level.
  • Advise and consult with customers and sales teams to determine product needs.

About You
You're a fit for the role of Solution Consultant - Legal Tech if your background includes:

  • Pre-sales experience in legal software solutions
  • A strong interest and / or exposure to Legal Tech solutions.
  • A Detailed understanding of the Legal persona across firms and inhouse legal practitioners
  • Genuine passion for helping customers embrace the change that software will bring to their workflow and productivity.
  • Strong influencing and communication skills
  • Excellent technical knowledge.
